Energy drinks may cause heart attack

All of us know that energy drinks is harmful because of the substances that contain them, but do you really know that they may cause you a heart attack?

LONDON (Reuters) - Eating caffeine-rich beverages can
 cause heartbeat irregularities, raising the risk of heart attack, the British Heart Association said.

Energy drinks contain very large amounts of caffeine, as well as many stimulants such as ginseng, guarana and carotene, which harm the whole body.

Damages of energy drinks

Eating energy drinks will negatively impact your health by:

*Disorders of the digestive system, thus causing ulcers, stomach infections and GERD.

*Indigestion and diarrhea due to artificial sweeteners
The risk of obesity and type 2 diabetes is high

*May lead to osteoporosis in the short term due to the containment of some phosphoric acids.

*Tooth decay can be caused by the impact and wear of the outer enamel layer of the teeth due to the containment of certain acids such as: phosphoric and carbonic.

*Some types of energy drinks may be a cause of severe headaches or migraines.
